Who we are

Mentis AI is a trade name of Mentis Tech, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. Mentis Tech, LLC owns and operates the mentis-ai.net website and the Mentis AI video intelligence platform. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “Mentis” refer to Mentis Tech, LLC.

The service

Mentis analyzes short-form video. You submit a public post URL from a supported platform (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook) or upload a video file, and we return structured AI-generated feedback such as hook and pacing scores, retention signals, on-screen text and audio notes, and creative recommendations. Features available to you depend on your plan and remaining credits.

Accounts

You need an account to run analyses. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping access to your sign-in method secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Plans, credits, and payments

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew for the period you selected until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund the current period. Credits are consumed when an analysis run starts and are not transferable between accounts. If a run fails because of an error on our side, contact support and we will restore the credits.

Content you submit

You keep all rights to the videos, links, and other material you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that material solely to operate the service for you — including transferring it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you own the material or otherwise have the right to have it analyzed, and that submitting it does not breach the terms of the platform it came from or anyone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mentis to process unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, or material that infringes third-party rights. Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, resell access without an agreement with us, scrape the service, or interfere with its infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output

Scores, predictions, and recommendations are machine-generated estimates produced by third-party AI models. They are informational, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not a guarantee of views, engagement, revenue, or platform compliance. Use professional judgement before acting on them.

Our intellectual property

The platform, its schemas, prompts, interfaces, and branding belong to Mentis Tech, LLC. These Terms grant you a right to use the service, not ownership of any part of it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Mentis available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add, or withdraw features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will notify affected customers by email.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@mentis-ai.net. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or that we are legally required to close.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
